The End of an Era

Putting aside "what Hillary did wrong" or "where her campaign went wrong" or "when she should have conceded" we all agree that:

Tonight marked the end of an era and started a new chapter.

The era when we believed a woman could win the presidential election and a chapter in which we believe a black man can win the US presidential election.

For women, next time, you say? I hope so, or at least during my child's time (if I ever have one)

For now, we are wondering "will there be a ticket?" or "can a former first lady accept a VP position?" or "will Obama want Hillary on his ticket?"

Here is to hoping.

oh well,
I guess it's time that we all accept the reality...no more Hillary.

I think she could have been a wonderful president. I don't like Obama. He is fake. Forgetting race and gender issues for a second, and judging based on their personalities, this is a great loss for USA in my opinion....

She really played her cards very badly!

What a shame!

well, it's more than that,
Obama is basically the person who was chosen because he would serve the democrat party better, hence the numerous endorsements.
Howard Dean talked about the Democrats' strategy for this election back in 2006 and it was basically what Obama did.
Hillary on the other hand has always been an independent thinker and she was punished for that.
